Do you offer personalization?
Yes. Select FRC pieces — including our mats, totes, and bottles — can be personalized with initials, a name, or your signature mantra. These details are thoughtfully added to honor your unique ritual. Personalization for The Ritual Hat and The FRC Signature Candle are currently unavailable.
When will my order ship?
Each item is made to order and typically ships within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is fulfilled.
Please note: If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately as they are crafted by different manufacturing partners.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made to order — and many are customized — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@flowritualscollective.com. We’re committed to making it right.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we’re working on it.
How much is shipping?
We offer $8 flat rate shipping on orders under $100, and free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
Each piece in your ritual collection is sourced with intention and crafted by a different partner. For this reason, items may ship separately — but all will arrive with care.
Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?
Because we begin production shortly after your order is placed, we’re unable to make changes once the order is confirmed. Please double-check your personalization details and shipping address before checking out.
Is everything final sale?
Yes. All FRC items are made to order and considered final sale. We appreciate your understanding and are here for any quality concerns you may have.
